Located at the University of Hong Kong, TAHK is a non-profit academic and professional body, which fosters exchange and interaction between terminology concerned parties in the academia, government and private sector, in HKSAR, mainland China and Taiwan, and international standard organizations. It also encourages and facilitates the exchange of ideas and dissemination of information among local terminologists, translators and interested parties on recent research developments in terminology studies and terminology standardization efforts.
