Fees and payments

 

• 980 EUR - Large Enterprises and Organizations (more than 35 employees)*
• 820 EUR - Small & Medium Sized Enterprises and Organizations (5 – 34 employees)*
• 820 EUR - University Staff*
• 650 EUR - Self-employed, One Person Enterprises and Micro Enterprises (0-4 employees)*
• 390 EUR - Students*

• 20% discount for DTT (German Terminology Association) Members
• 20% discount for AILIA (Language Industry Association) Members

• The TSS is also cooperating this year with the 20th European Symposium on Languages for Special Purposes, (8 – 10 July in Vienna, Austria) and organized by the University of Vienna. If you are interested in registering for this conference just let us know and you will also profit from a 10 % discount in the registration fee for both events.  All information at:  https://lsp2015.univie.ac.at/

Participants need to provide proof of eligibility for the reduced fee categories.

Procedure

After you have submitted your registration the TSS2015 team will send you an offer/invoice over the registration fee that needs to be paid.

Please note that your participation is confirmed only after payment. You will not receive a special notification. A receipt of payment will be handed over to you at the TSS2015.

 

Payment

Payment can be done via bank transfer. The bank details and amount to be paid are stated on the offer/invoice you receive from us after application. Please ensure that the full amount is paid and the purpose and your name is clearly recognizable. Please note that your bank may charge banking fees which are your responsibility.

Unfortunately TSS2015 cannot accept credit card payment or cheques.

 

Fees include
training, refreshments, social event/reception, training material, certificate of participation.

 

Fees do not include
any meals except during the Monday evening reception, accommodation, travel expenses, ECQA exam fees.

 

NOTE: The examination fee for the ECQA Certified Terminology Manager -  Basic or Advanced is not included and is to be paid to ECQA. This exam is not compulsory.

Fees for the exams currently are 234 Euro for BASIC and 354 Euro for ADVANCED (VAT included in both cases).

 

Withdrawal

In order to withdraw from TSS2015 registered participants must inform the organising team in writing and receive written acknowledgement of their withdrawal. Tuition fees will then be refunded in accordance with the terms set out below.

• Cancellation prior to 60 days before course starts: 100% refund
• Cancellation prior to 30 days before course starts: 50%
• Cancellation after 30 days before course starts: no refund possible

 

VAT exemptions

According to the European VAT Transfer System, reverse charge regulation applies for B2B transactions within the European Union. Please provide your valid European VAT number for the invoicing (special field in registration form).

International and European Institutions may be VAT exempt.
